*The Crafter’s Box Canvas Tool Roll*
A case designed for the universal maker.
A canvas tool roll to carry pens, pencils, brushes (of all size), knitting needles, crochet hooks and even our favorite tapestry weaving needles (yes, there are pockets just the right size!). We’ve added a small felted square to the upper right hand corner for sewing needles, pins and safety pins.
Our canvas roll matches our Toolbox line of bags – sturdy, functional, minimal and a piece you’ll love to carry around.
- A sturdy black canvas body, overall measurements: 15.5 inches high, 14 inches wide
- Pockets of all sizes: brushes, pens, needles, crochet hooks, tapestry needles
- A felted square to attach tiny sharp objects such as sewing needles, embroidery needles and safety pins
- A tie wrap to securely hold tools while on the go
To accompany this roll, explore our additional line of custom crafting tool storage: a large carryall for ALL the crafting supplies, a canvas tool pouch keeps sharp scissors and jewelry pliers safe, a waterproof travel bag is ideal for your watercolor palette and brushes on the go, and an oversized portfolio bag for a full-sized loom or set of canvases.
The story behind your bag and our co-op community partnership:
TO THE MARKET is an organization that pairs artisan co-ops from around the world with businesses like ours to support their Empowerment through Employment mission: “We believe the dignity of work cannot only transform a person’s economic trajectory and that of her children, but also her self-esteem”. Social impact through community partnerships and co-op growth can make a big difference in the homes of so many. As a #slowcrafting maker community, we can continue to support artisans of all kinds full circle all the while bringing life and spirit to the raw materials we work with through collaborations just like this one.
Each item created for this project was ethically made in India by vulnerable women. Each woman is proudly paid a fair living wage and is given the opportunity for upward mobility and childcare. She’s also provided access to healthcare. Thanks to partners, TO THE MARKET is able to continue to employ vulnerable communities around the world.
